Portrait
This portrait was made as part of a brief set by Melvin Galapon. My Portrait was based on my mothers hands and the disability that she has with them called ‘Swan Necking’ caused by arthritis. The portrait focuses on the pain that the disability causes her but also how she still remains positive despite this disability. I have tried to show the contrast between her pain and her positive attitude by the use of light and dark colour.
